When adding your Product Information (Content) to our system you will be provided with a feedback file after we have processed your data.
This feedback file is always located in your bol.com account, regardless of the way you sent it to us (through excel upload or FTP). The guide below shows you where this feedback file can be found. You can use this file to determine why certain information was not processed.
- Go to: Onvolledig aanbod
- Select at least 1 EAN
- Use the “Productinformatie verbeteren” dropdown to select ‘Alle artikelen verbeteren’ in order to progress to the next page.
