Bookkeeping requirements


In order to qualify for the partnership program your service/product offering should at least include the following features:

  • Sales mutations are automatically processed in bookkeeping system
  • Turnover and VAT is automatically processed in right country in bookkeeping system
  • Supports automatic creation and sending of VAT invoices; if bookkeeping systems support it

We want to make the lives of our sellers as easy as possible, and you, as our ecosystem partner, contribute to that. The ambassador certification will help our sellers choose a bookkeeping partners that works for their eCommerce platform of choice and ensure a quality connection from the seller’s platform to the platform.

Once a year, we’ll revise the requirements of the program in collaboration with our ecosystem partners. Through this process, we try to maintain an accurate and high quality listing of certified partners
