The revenue share of sellers on the bol.com platform increased in Q3 with 4,13% to 58.7% in comparison to Q3 of 2020. This indicates that consumers buy more and more products from our sellers versus directly from bol.com, further conforming the transition of bol.com from shop to a platform.
- In Q3, we have expanded our ecosystem with three new categories: content-creation, shipment platforms and warehouse management.
- Third party tooling use is stable with partner growth: In Q3, ~30% of our 47.000 partners use tools from third parties to automate their business on our platform.
- Compared to Q3 2020, the total amount of products listed on bol.com has grown with 42% to ~38 million products in Q3.
- A recently conducted survey carried out by bol.com shows a high satisfaction rate among automated partners through third-party tooling
The above stated figures underline the importance of our third-party services and tools in our eCommerce ecosystem.
In that light it might not come as a surprise that bol.com has the ambition to strongly focus on partnerships with third parties to fuel further the ambitions for growth of their sellers. In the coming period updates can be expected on the logistical, certification and bookkeeping ecosystems.
