Adjustment to delivery options in shipment pre-announcement
We’d like to inform you about an update to the delivery options returned via the “Get Delivery Options” endpoint.
What’s changing?
- From now on, when you announce your shipment, we’ll show only one carrier option per delivery network:
- one for the “SameDay" network
- and/or one for the “NextDay" network
- This means it’s no longer possible to switch between carriers within the “SameDay" or “NextDay” networks.
- You can still switch from the “SameDay” network to the “NextDay” network, and the option to switch between parcel and mailbox remains available.
With this update, we’re improving forecasting and working together towards more efficient and reliable deliveries.
