[Resolved] Issue with Offer creation after deleting offer in seller account

Yesterday we came across a longer-lasting issue. (since 15-3)
Recreating an offer through the API after deleting an offer or your whole assortment in the Seller Account resulted in the offer not created, even though a process-status SUCCESS is returned.
We are still investigating the exact impact but it has been solved since yesterday 10:25
