Change in SSL policy from April 18th

From April 18th, we will stop supporting certain weak ciphers. This will make us compliant with the PCI DSS standard.

More concrete; We will move from the ‘modern’ profile to the ‘restricted’ profile on our loadbalancers: https://cloud.google.com/load-balancing/docs/ssl-policies-concepts
