[Resolved] GET orders issue

Yesterday evening between 21:00 and 23:30 we had an issue with retrieving order information. We are investigating what happened and how to prevent this from happening in the future. For clarity; for such an important process we have 24/7 support, so we are also investigating what went wrong there.

Update 17th of July 13:21We identified the root cause yesterday and measures are being taken to prevent such downtime in the future.
