[Resolved] Incident tonight

Tonight between 01:45 and 02:30, there was a similar incident as yesterday (12-11) night and morning: Nearly no API activity was processed. This time the issue could be resolved in a timely manner by an engineer. Today the investigation will continue on how to prevent such issues from happening again.
