[Resolved] Incomplete performance data Sponsored Products environment & API (V11)
Incomplete data coming from search results pages and category pages (not from the product detail pages) was shown in the API reports and dashboards in the new sponsored products environment, over the period from July 19 to 23. It only affected the reporting data for impressions, clicks, CTR, conversions and attributed sales. Ad billing was not affected. We apologize for the inconvenience. The problem has been fixed and reports and dashboard show the correct data again.
We recommend that you re-retrieve all performance data for above dates V11 Advertising API.
