Insights API endpoints unavailable

We are currently experiencing an issue affecting several Insights API endpoints. The following endpoints are currently unavailable:

  • Insights Offers
  • Product Ranks
  • Sales Forecast
  • Search Terms

The issue has been ongoing since 15:40 CET.

We are investigating the issue and will provide an update as soon as more information is available.

We identified the root cause and implemented a fix. The issue has now been resolved.
