Resolved: Issue affecting some CodeFlow users

Due to this morning's CodeFlow downtime, some users are experiencing authentication issues. We are investigating the problem and will update this message as soon as we have more information.

This afternoon we received reports from some intermediaries that some users were unable to fully complete the OAuth flow. The IT team implemented a fix around 19:25, which resolved most cases. However, there are still a few instances where the flow fails, mainly related to an issue with double encoding of the state parameter. The IT team will continue investigating this tomorrow morning to find a resolution on our side.

As a quick fix to the issue with double encoding of the state parameter, regardless of the changes on our side, we recommend switching to URL-safe base64 encoding. Switching to URL-safe base64 encoding should provide the fastest and most reliable fix in the meantime.
