[Resolved] Issue incorrect offers visible in retailer accounts

We are currently experiencing an issue that may cause offers to appear in your retailer account that do not belong to you. Please note that these offers are and are not visible on the webshop, as they are missing required economic operator information.

Our teams are actively investigating the root cause. We will provide an update on this page as soon as more information becomes available.

Update 11.00 (CET)

The issue appears to be resolved. We are now working on a fix for the incorrectly created offers. Please note that when using Offer API v10, some offers may not be created successfully. If this happens, you can recreate the offer via the API.

Update 13.00 (CET)

We have corrected the affected offers. If you had an offer in your account that did not belong to you, it should now be removed.

Update 13.15 (CET)

This incident affected all asynchronous endpoints. Please be aware that you may have received incorrect API responses when using these endpoints. As of 12:00, this issue has been resolved for all endpoints. We apologise for the inconvenience.
