[Resolved] Issue with asynchronous API processes

At the moment, there appears to be an issue affecting asynchronous API processes. As a result, creating and updating offers, shipments, and shipping labels may not work as expected.

Since 18:15 CET, the affected services appear to be stable again, and we no longer see indications of the issue. The incident was active between 13:00 and 18:15 CET. Please be aware that API requests submitted during this period may not have been processed successfully.
