Issue with connecting to our retailer and Advertising API through CodeFlow.

Since 10:00 on January 15, 2025, we have been experiencing issues with connecting to our retailer API via CodeFlow (OAuth).

We are investigating this as a priority emergency incident.

Update: At the moment, we are still working on resolving this issue. If you encounter this issue, you will receive a 403 response from the retailer API.

Update 17:25: We have identified the root cause of the issue and are working on resolving this as fast as possible.

Update 18:54: We have released a possible fix. Please verify if this solved the problem. If not please let us know.

Update 19:33: The fix worked for the token endpoint, but did not yet fix the 403 errors. Still trying to fix that.

Update 21:30: New fix is live. Please let us know if you still have problems.

Update 23:30: The fix seems to have recovered most of our API traffic, although some retailers still report problems (especially for retailers using GoedGepickt, Picqer, ChannelAdvisor/ Rithum). Our hypothesis is that re-authenticating bol solves those problems.

Update 16th Jan 15:05: We deployed a last small fix, which should fix any remaining problem. Especially for GoedGepickt, Picqer and Rithum partners. Please contact your intermediary in case it doesn't work yet.
