[Resolved] Issue with content uploads
At the moment, we are experiencing an issue with content uploads. After submitting a content upload request, you can check the status of the request via the "Get an upload report by upload ID" endpoint. Due to an issue this endpoint currently returns the status "In progress".
When checking the process status response of the request, you may receive a success message. We are currently investigating the root cause of this issue.

A fix has been implemented, which has resolved most cases. However, for a limited number of older upload reports, the report status may still incorrectly show as "In progress", even though all individual attributes within the report have reached a final status (either "published" or "declined").
To ensure accuracy, we recommend re-uploading the content if the report status remains "In progress". The new upload report will correctly reflect the status.
