[Resolved] Issue with creating VVB labels
It appears that there is currently an issue with creating VVB labels for some retailers. We are investigating this at the moment.
We will share an update as soon as more information is available.
Update
We have identified the affected orders where VVB shipping labels could not be downloaded. This impacts approximately 1,100 orders.
We are reprocessing these orders so new transport options are assigned and labels can be created again. Please note that some orders may be marked as late after reprocessing.

We still see issues with a few orders and are currently investigating the root cause.
Update 15:30
All affected orders will be reprocessed within the next 20 minutes. For API users, the following steps are required after reprocessing:
- Retrieve the delivery options again for the affected orders
- Select a delivery option that is not delivered by Ampere
- Download a new shipping label
Partners will not receive strikes for the affected orders.
