Issues creating shipping labels

Since 15:25, there have been issues with creating shipping labels. We are currently investigating the issue and working on a solution.

We will provide an update as soon as more information is available.

Update 15:46:

In addition to the issues with creating shipping labels, we are currently seeing issues with the following endpoints as well:

• Get shipments
• Get retailer information by/for this retailer ID
• Get orders
• Post commission

We are investigating the issue and working to restore these services as soon as possible.

Update 15:55:

The issue has been resolved, and all affected services are available again. We will continue to monitor the situation.
