Large API incident since 00:30 is under investigation with emergency priority. This concerns all API activity

Since 09:20 the traffic has been recovered. We are closely monitoring

For clarity: The API-requests sent to use between 00:30 and 09:20 have not reached us, so they were not processed.

This API outage may impact meeting our service standards, but don’t worry, we are taking this into account to prevent unjustified strikes.

  • Was your inventory out of date because of the malfunction and therefore an order cannot be processed? If so, please contact Partnerservice via the chat function in your seller account to have this order cancelled. Preferably do not cancel these orders yourself, or let such an order automatically expire after 3 days.
  • We take into account partners who missed the pickup appointment for Shipping via bol due to the API outage.
