Due to scheduled maintenance on Tuesday between 12:00 and 12:30, some functionalities will be temporarily unavailable:

• Orders (VVB & Plazadirect) will not appear in your “verkoopaccount” or be received via the retailer API
• Cancellation requests initiated by retailers will not be processed
• Shipping label requests via the API will be unsuccessful

Because of this maintenance, it will not be possible to process VVB and Plazadirect orders.
