Manage multiple delivery configurations with Delivery Promise Profiles

Placed on:10 September 2026

We have extended the My Delivery Promise API with support for Delivery Promise Profiles. With this release, retailers and integrators can retrieve delivery promise profiles through the API.

Previously, you could only create a single My Delivery Promise configuration. This worked well for retailers with one delivery setup but offered less flexibility for retailers managing different delivery scenarios.

With Delivery Promise Profiles, you can now create multiple delivery promise configurations and assign a specific profile to individual offers. This makes it possible to tailor delivery promises to different parts of the assortment while keeping configuration management centralised.

The available delivery promise profiles can now be retrieved through the API. For implementation details and technical specifications, please refer to the documentation.

Backwards compatible for existing integrations

No changes are required for retailers already using My Delivery Promise. The new profileId field is optional. If no profile is specified, the default delivery promise profile will automatically be used. Existing integrations will therefore continue to work without modification.
