Offer API v11 is live - discover the new possibilities!

Placed on:19 January 2026

We listened carefully to your feedback. Over the past months, we worked hard on an improved version of our Offer API. As of today, 19 January, Offer API v11 is generally available to all partners. You can now manage your offers more easily and work even more efficiently.

What is new in Offer API v11?
The updated API includes often-requested features that improve your processes:

  • Improved feedback for offline offers
Want to know why an offer is offline? You can now easily request this information using the new Not for sale reasons endpoint.
  • More detailed feedback for missing content attributes
If an offer is offline due to missing mandatory content, you can now retrieve a list of the missing attributes trough the Not for sale reasons endpoint.
  • Support for refurbished offers
You can create refurbished offers via the new API (if you have refurbished sales rights).
  • Multi-country support
Do you want to sell an item in both the Netherlands and Belgium? You can now do this with one offer, as long as all other offer details are the same.
  • Retrieve offers via a paginated endpoint
You can now retrieve all your offers via a paginated endpoint, instead of the offer export CSV. You can request up to 100 offers per page.
  • Synchronous processing of offer data
The process status mechanism is no longer needed. Requests to create, update, or delete offers are processed immediately.
  • PATCH endpoint for offer updates
You can now update multiple parts of an offer in one request, instead of sending multiple separate requests.

Switch from Offer API v10 to v11 in time
With the launch of Offer API v11, version 10 is now deprecated. On 1 February 2027, Offer API v10 will be removed completely. So you have one year to migrate to v11. But the sooner you switch, the sooner you'll benefit from the advantages.

Do you work via an intermediary or third party? Then the switch to the new version will happen automatically later this year. To be safe, check this with your technical contact.
Do you have your own API integration? Explore the complete overview of new features here, or go directly to our Offer API v11 documentation.
