Planned downtime content upload report service on January 20th

On January 20, a content service will have downtime between 9:00 AM and 9:45 AM. During this time, it will temporarily not be possible to get the content upload-report.

The downtime has been rescheduled to January 20, from 4:00 PM to 4:45 PM.
