Price reduction for Vvb mailbox parcels in 'Same day delivery' network delayed – Correction to follow

Starting September 18, 2025, the rates for mailbox parcels in the 'Same day delivery' network will be reduced. Across all tiers of Verzenden via bol, this reduction amounts to €0.82.

Due to a technical issue, we are unable to implement the price reduction for mailbox parcels in the Same day delivery network in our systems until October 1. This means that, for now, you will still see the old rates in your seller dashboard, via the API, and on your invoice.

All orders placed between September 18 and October 1 that will be charged the higher rate will be compensated on the next invoice in November through a correction.
