[Resolved] Increased number of 500 errors for retrieving/confirming orders

On March 28, from 14:45 to 17:30, there were some issues with retrieving/confirming orders via the Retailer API (and Seller Dashboard). An increased number of 500 errors was returned via the API. As of 17:30, the issue was solved.
