[Resolved] No data visible in reports

Since Saturday, October 19, an interruption is visible in the sponsored products environment, resulting in no data being visible in the reports of active campaigns.
This issue also applies to API users. Advertisements were delivered correctly. The problem has now been resolved and the data is being backfilled.

Update: 22-10-2024
A large part of the data has now been updated. It is expected that by the end of the day, all data will again be correctly displayed in the reports and charts of the active campaigns.

The data has been updated. We recommend retrieving the data for October 19 and 20 again.
