Between 19:45 and 21:30, the Retailer API experienced a partial outage. The API remained reachable, but it was handling reduced traffic. As a result, requests may have failed. Updates that came through successfully during this time frame, were processed correctly.

Since 21:30 the Retailer API has fully recovered. If you experienced any failed requests during the affected window, we recommend retrying them to ensure all data is up to date.
