[Resolved] Temporary issue with obtaining new access tokens

Between 12:30 and 13:30 some API users may have experienced issues with connecting to the Retailer/Advertising API. During the time an access token was still valid, there was no impact. When a token timed out, a new token could only rarely be obtained. Since 13:30 the issue has been resolved and access tokens can be properly requested again.
