White spots export (beta) now available in the API!

We're happy to announce that the White spots export is now available in the Retailer API.

What are white spots?
White spots are items that customers search for on bol, but cannot buy yet. By closely analyzing customer search and order behavior, we identify where the sales opportunities are. This includes:

New products for the platform
Products that have been out of stock for 28 days or more

White spots provide insights into opportunities for new product ranges. By responding to gaps in the offer on bol, they can help make the available product range more complete and relevant for customers. This can contribute to more orders and a higher chance of winning the buy box.

What information does the White spots endpoint provide?

The White spots export returns a CSV file containing an overview of all available white spots, including:

Product title
EAN
Brand
Product category
Potential score
Average market price

The data is updated weekly, every Tuesday around 08:00 (Amsterdam time).
