** UPDATE **

At this moment we are experiencing issues with the handling of orders.

Errors while retrieving open orders

For the API this means you may encounter errors when retrieving open orders.

No shipment requests can be processed

This also means we are not able to handle any shipment requests at this time.

All shipment requests you do send through the API at this time will be added to the queue. If the problem is fixed before the queue expires your shipments will be handled as usual. If the problem persists however, the items on the queue will time out and will need to be resent later.

All our effort is now focused on solving this service interruption.

Please recheck the status of your shipments and resend any unhandled shipments again after the service interruption has been resolved.
