Unfortunately we are currently having issues with our processing time for the offers inserted, updated and deleted with the use of the API. Right now the processing time is approaching fifty minutes for all the API offer updates.
We are investigating the issue and will do everything available to get the process time down as soon as possible. If sellers complain about issues related to the process time delay, please advise them to contact the Partner Service to discuss possible solutions.
Update: The processing time has been high throughout the day unfortunately but is now back to 4 minutes and will decrease further to the normal level. For issues that were caused by the slow processing time sellers can contact the Partner Service.
