[Resolved] Increased processing time on offer updates and deletes

Unfortunately our database currently has a 1 hour delay on the processing time of updates, inserts and deletes. This applies to all versions of the Offer API and the FTPS and impacts all alterations of offers. Re-sending requests will not help as we have a large queue that needs to be processed first.

The expectation is that the processing time will remain high for the rest of the day.

 

Update: the problem with the processing time has been resolved and is back to normal. We are still faced with a problem concerning the Offer Exports and working hard to resolve this as well.
