Unfortunately we have noticed that orders where payments by our customers have failed but are still showing up as open orders in the Retailer API and the seller dashboard. There is currently no way for you to define which orders are impacted and as such we advise to NOT ship any orders untill this issue has been resolved.
Our apologies for this issue. We will keep you updated as often as possible.
Update 12:00 – At this moment new orders will not be impacted by this issue. For all the affected orders as of yesterday morning we have created cancellation requests. Please accept those cancellation requests and do not ship the items.
If a order does not have a cancellation request it is safe to ship the order.
