We are currently having issues with the Retailer API v3 where a lot of the requests are failing because of a 404 not found error. We are looking into this issues and are trying to resolve it as soon as possible.
Not all requests are failing but the majority unfortunately does not get processed.
Update 12:05 – Unfortunately we haven’t found the issue so far. We are working with multiple teams to find out what changed. Our apologies for the long period of downtime.
Update 12:20 – The issue has been resolved and the process should return back to normal. Please keep in mind that any failed request (resulting in a 404 or 403 response) has not been processed.
