Due to a technical issue with our database it is currently not possible to retrieve your open orders and to process open returns. This interruption started at 15:30 and is currently ongoing.
Processing open orders (that were previously retrieved) should still work.
Any updates will be posted here.
16:45 – The technical issues have been resolved and service should be as normal. There has not been any loss of data and any orders placed during the downtime should be available through the API.
Please check any return confirmations that you posted during the downtime as those most likely were not processed correctly and remain open.
