Temporary disruption in processing Order API requests (13:00-14:40)

At 13:00 today we experienced a disruption in the processing of shipments. This was solved at 14:40.

For API users this means that all requests on the shipment API will have not been processed when sent between 13:00 and 14:40.

You will have seen an error message when checking the process-status of your shipment request. You will also still see those orders as open in your open orders list.

We recommend to resend all shipment requests and order cancellations you have sent in this timeframe.
