[Resolved] 20-06-2020 – Retailer API – Large outage

Since 07:30 we are experiencing big issues with the API. All PUT/POST/DELETE requests that lead to ‘data manipulation’ do not work. The impact is the following:

  • Offers cannot be created, modified or removed
  • Orders cannot be shipped or canceled
  • Returns cannot be processed
  • Transport information cannot be added to the shipment
  • Lvb articles cannot be registered.

GET requests are still working, except for the process status request.

We are working hard to resolve the issues and we apologize for the inconvenience. Please make sure to retry any failed requests after the issues are resolved.

From 17:08, the API worked again for the most part, but problems have arisen again since 17:40. We are still working hard on a solution.
