Yesterday afternoon between 16:00 and 18:00and again this morning between 07:00 and 09:00 our service suffered downtime which caused POST Shipment requests to end in failure or in time-out. This means the orders will not be confirmed and remain open.
Requests sent during these issues will have to be resent. You can check the status of your shipment requests by using the process status. If you do not support the process status endpoint please instruct your clients to check their open orders in the seller dashboard.
