Yesterday evening we unfortunately had a issue with underlying services which caused the authentication flow of all the retailer API versions to fail. The result is that every request done between 20:00 and 21:00 potentially failed with the following error message;
“Authorization failed: Error resolving retailer authorizations, please try again later.”
The messages have not been put on a queue so any types of updates; offer updates, confirmation of orders, returns or cancellations will have failed. Please make sure those requests have been re-tried after the downtime was resolved.
