[Retailer API] High error rate for the retrieval of Orders and Shipments

Unfortunately we have noticed that since 08:00 this morning there is a increasing amount of errors with the GET shipment(s) and GET order(s) calls for the Retailer API v3.

 

We are aware of this performance issue and are actively trying to resolve the issue. Re-trying the request is advisable as it is not a structural problem but once every few calls it fails.

Updates will be given here when we have more information.

Update 11:50 – The issues seem to be for all versions of the API as we also have examples of problems for V2.

Update 15:55 – Performance has improved over the past few hours. Please inform us if you are running into these issues still and if they are causing severe issues for your operation.
