Over the past few days there’s been a increase in the processing time of the Retailer API – v3. Endpoints that are affected include offer and shipment requests. The creating and partial updating of offers (stock, price and delivery promise) has been slow all day and also the processing time of POST shipments requests has increased dramatically.
As a result the process status of these requests can result in a time-out or a failure meaning the requested change has not been processed. We advise you to keep a close eye on your process status and re-try your request if the status is Time-out or Failure.
If the process status is still pending then please do not re-try your request but wait for the final status update. We are still processing your request.
Note: This only applies to the V3. Earlier versions are not affected.
