[Resolved] 08-11-2021 – Retailer API – Issue with the process status of shipments requests

There is currently an issue with the process status of some shipments requests. OrderItems are properly confirmed, but the process status doesn’t reach a final status and will end up in a time-out.

We are working hard to resolve the issue. We will post an update once the issue is resolved.
