Tonight, between 21:05 and 21:30 it was not possible to create new tokens for the Retailer API. These tokens are needed to access the API and thus for a period of almost half an hour access was limited and a lot of traffic will have been rejected.
Tokens that had been created prior to the issue starting will have remained valid and thus a portion of the traffic will have come through during the incident.
Please make sure you check your processes and ensure that where necessary processes or requests are re-tried.
