There have been problems with the bulk commission endpoint for the last few weeks. If an underlying service does not respond in time, we now pass on the (incorrect) standard commission of 1 euro + 15% via the API, instead of an error message. As a result, when requesting the commission of an EAN, you may sometimes get different values back (one time the correct commission and the other time the incorrect standard commission).
We are working hard to optimize the performance of the underlying service. We will also ensure that soon an error message is returned when the underlying service does not respond in time, instead of the standard commission.
