Since May 19, we now return “nl-NL” in the language string for the open order endpoint. Be aware that the technical documentation on redoc still shows the following:
Enum: “nl” “nl-BE” “fr” “fr-BE”The language of the customer in case of contact.
We are looking into it why this suddenly changed. The open orders can still be retrieved via the API, however, it would be possible that your system is not optimized for the “nl-NL” string and therefore, does not show the order. Please be aware of this and make sure to check the seller dashboard as well.
