As a Reverse partner of bol.com you will be part of our ecosystem and join us in our goal to make the life of our sellers easier. The purpose of this program is to strengthen collaboration, increase our businesses and improve the performance of the sellers on the bol.com platform.
We expect you to help our sellers by improving their return processes, increasing the level of insights into their returns, improving the recovery value on return products, refurbishing them or recycling them to recover valuable resources. If your product or service does not perfectly align with these categories, but does help partners with their returns, we encourage you to reach out.
The partnership
Being in a partnership with us means that you should offer a product and/or service that helps our sellers and suppliers with their returns on bol.com. We want only the best for our partners on our platform and expect them to be able to gain additional benefits compared to an ‘off the shelf’ solution. For example a better product in, insights & creation, application speed or costs.
A partnership goes both ways. Which means that we will help you connect with our sellers. Our APIs allow you to get all relevant data of our partners (after consent of that particular seller or supplier) to connect your product/service. When you become a member of our Apps & Services, your company will be shown on our Partner Platform.

With the bol.com Retailer API you can integrate your product and services with bol.com, allowing you to process returns from bol.com.
