Third Party Logistics Requirements

Requirements for the 3PL ecosystem will be expanded throughout 2026.

3PLs in the bol ecosysteem meet the following criteria:​

• The 3PL is a strategic addition to the 3PL ecosysteem and bol’s partners​
• If the performance KPIs are not met for three consecutive months, this may constitute grounds for bol to terminate the collaboration.
• The 3PL has a robust carrier network with its own contractual agreements.
• Data exchange takes place via the API and/or data fundament.
• The 3PL meets the bol IT security requirements.
• The 3PL agrees to the general terms and conditions of the bol ecosystem.
