Reverse requirements
We want to make the lives of our sellers as easy as possible, and you, as our Reverse Partner, contribute to that. In order to qualify for the Reverse Apps & Services Program, your service/product offering should at least contribute to one of four categories:
- Optimize processes and reduce: Products/services that help partners with their reverse processes and/or generate insights into how partners can reduce their returns;
- Recommerce: Products/services that help partners to generate more value from returned products;
- Refurbishment: Products/services that help partners restore, repair or repackage (or any other activity that focuses on restoring a returned product) a product;
- Recycling: products/services that help prevent returned products to end up as waste and maximizes the recovery of resources from the returned products.
Specifically for products/services that have a connection to the bol.com API:
- Connected to bol.com API
- Enable live insightsand data
- Offers partner support (response-time within a business day)
- Uses no EOL versions of API
- Has presented software to bol.com API Operations
- Meets bol.com basic Security standard
- Passed bol.com basic API Connection analysis

Once a year, we’ll revise the requirements of the program in collaboration with our ecosystem partners. Through this process, we try to maintain an accurate and high quality listing of certified partners.
