[Attention] Decrease change-interval-minute parameter in orders v8

On Monday, November 21, we will decrease the change-interval-minute in the v8 GET Orders endpoint. The maximum interval will be decreased from 2880 minutes to 60 minutes. Partners who currently use an interval of more than 60 minutes have been informed by mail.
