[Attention] Downtime on offer endpoints on Tuesday 5th of July

Tuesday the 5th of July between 6:00 AM and 07:00 AM a downstream application will have some downtime.

This will mean that:

- GET offer requests will fail

- Offer exports will not be generated

- Offer information will be missing in GET single order requests

- Offer creates/deletes/updates will be delayed (please check the process status)
