Currently, it is not possible to process / cancel orders. This affects API, but also the Seller dashboard. We are investigating with emergency priority.

We still experience the same issue, at 12:30 we will update you with hopefully more information. For now we advise you to don't do anything with these orders.
Update 13:45
Orders and cancellation can be processed, we are still resourcing some old orders. It could be possible that an order will be available later.
Update 16:00
Everything is back to normal, we advise you to double check all the open orders if you don't miss anything. Also check your process-status of the confirmed orders of today. All the order confirmation till 13:45 where end up in timeout and therefore not been confirmed.
